Every day we start a journey through the familiar and tangible world we think we know.
The details of this everyday world, are mostly glanced over.
People look, but what do they see?
Entwined within this surface world is another. This interwoven world defines itself;
it morphs into dreams, it presents us with symbols and speaks to the psyche.
This world ignites something we feel we know, something that taps on a door at the end of a long corridor.
This door leads out of the familiar and into another time, another dimension, a dream, a memory, a feeling you just can't
put your finger on. Myth lives here, folklore lives here, the magical, mysterious and wondrous, lives here.
I can draw whatever I can see in the familiar, tangible world, but I much prefer to draw
from the other one ~
